ABOUT

Abstract Brown Texture

Lars Eriksson

I was born in Sweden in 1979, with roots in Russia, Finland, and the native Sámi people of the north. My early life was shaped by music—I wrote, played, and sang in bands, even if I wouldn’t call myself a singer. Creativity ran through me, but it was in the kitchen that I first found purpose. I began cooking professionally at sixteen and built a career as a freelance chef.

A reset through trauma

In 2013, everything changed.

I was in Thailand on a liveaboard dive boat near the Similan Islands when a storm struck. The boat sank with 36 people onboard. Miraculously, we all survived—but my journey to the surface from inside that submerged boat left a deep imprint. Trauma cracked something open. And in that crack, light got in.

That experience became my reset.

I let go of the drinking, the weight, the numbness—and gave sobriety a try. One year became my life. I began to give back to whatever force kept me alive. I became a dive instructor, then a technical diver. I explored deep wrecks, caves—places few have ever seen.

The deep dive into Tantra

But after a breakup, something even deeper began to unfold.

Minimalism entered my life, and I began shedding not just things, but identities. At 36, I discovered what it meant to be a sexual being—not just through sex, but through connection. Tantra found me. Or maybe I found it. My first workshop cracked me open again.

There, someone asked me:

“Have you ever thought of becoming a bodyworker?”

At the time, I barely knew what that meant. But the question planted a seed.

(Thank you, Timo.)

The path to MER

That seed grew.

I explored bodywork, massage, even a professional tantric gigolo training. I faced my ego. My attachments. My fears. And then I discovered Myofascial Energetic Release (MER).

Meeting my teacher, Satyarthi Peloquin, I felt something I had only glimpsed in the deepest dives of my life: transmission. He didn’t just “work” with clients—something moved through him. That was truth for me. I immersed myself in MER and became certified within a year.

Now, this is my path.

What I offer today is rooted in MER, but guided by something deeper. My touch is not technique—it is Transmissional. I have come to see myself not as the one doing the work, but as a conduit for what moves through when I get out of the way.

I don’t “fix” you.

I meet you.

And something in that meeting begins to unwind what’s been held for too long.

(and what’s this thing I call Transmissional Touch?)

Let’s be real—most people think bodywork is just “massage.”

You lie down, someone kneads your shoulders, you maybe fall asleep, you go home.

Cool. Nothing wrong with that.

But this isn’t that.

Myofascial Energetic Release (MER) works on a different level.

It’s about getting under the surface. Not just the skin and muscles—but into the fascial web that holds everything together: your posture, your breath, your emotional patterns, even the tension you forgot you were carrying since you were twelve.

It’s slow. It’s deep. It’s intentional.

There’s pressure, yes—but it’s not about force. It’s about meeting.

Sometimes we go into the psoas (yes, the “deep hip” zone of emotional time capsules).

Sometimes we breathe through frozen ribs or stubborn jaw tension that’s been silently screaming for years.

It’s bodywork that listens.

TRANSMISSIONAL
TOUCH

Now, that brings me to Transmissional Touch.

This is what happens when technique gets out of

the way and something else comes through.

Call it presence. Call it energy.

Call it the mystery that moves when two nervous systems meet in trust.

I didn’t make it up.

I just started noticing it in my sessions:

When I drop my agenda, stay open,

and really meet you where you are,

something starts working through me.

Not in a “woo-woo unicorns” way (okay, maybe a little)

—but in a visceral, grounded,

holy-shit-that-actually-shifted kind of way.

This isn’t about fixing you.

It’s not even about changing you.

It’s about unwinding what no longer needs to be held

—and letting the body remember what freedom feels like.

So if you’re looking for polished, clinical, spa-perfect work…

this might not be it.

But if you want to feel seen, held, and cracked open (just enough to breathe again)—

well… that’s what I’m here for.

Welcome to The Art of Body Release.

CLIENT TESTIMONIALS

“Pure genuine THANK YOU!🧡 Some part of what has happened I can understand, some part not yet, but one thing I feel for sure - it has been something fundamental”🙏

T. Man, Poland

“I just wanted to follow up on the bodywork sessions we had during our workshop in March. I started feeling more sensations in my pelvic area ever since, and especially through and all the way into the legs as well. The sensations are definitely improving and getting better.

The most important thing to mention is also the release of feelings of sexual shame which I was carrying for so long. That seems totally gone now and I'm able now to fully enjoy with my lady without feeling any shame about myself.

It really means a lot, and I'm so so grateful for your help. Thank you again!”

E. Woman, NL

“I wanted to send you a huge thank you again. I was really touched by how much time you took yesterday so that I could really get into this session and have the experience. It really touched me so much and I am incredibly grateful for it!!!”
